Thanks Ron - I originally viewed contingency work as an all or nothing proposition.
So now the question is whether the $554K is reasonable to close the agreement with B&O. My neophyte view on this is that $554K is too generous, but then maybe B&O has to pay a ``finders fee`` to Swartz, lol....
