This isn`t meant to take you to task on your opinion, but Ron, if you were to jot down a list of expected competencies and deliverables from B&O (outside of a favorable ruling), what would those be? - is it limited to accurate preparation and timeliness? Presentation quality? Attention to detail?
When is a contingent case not a contingent case? Do those words imply reimbursement for expenses, not labor in even of an unfavorable ruling? What in your opinion counts for ``Expenses`` (minus labor)in this case.
