What I find interesting, is the effect from more than 1mio shares bought by the BoD on the shareprice:
It's zero. Nil. No reaction.
You might ask, why the hell is this interesting?
Well, in March 2008 we had a similar situation with RG bringing two new people to the Board and him purchasing some shares (via his trust). The reaction of the shareholder (not the "market" IMO) was: 'Great! Now things change significantly - let's buy more shares!'
And the shareprice went from the 30ies to the 50ies/60ies with millions of shares traded.
Yesterday and today we didn't see any reaction by the market - and why?
1. We (the normal shareholders) are "full" of shares or afraid to get caught again by some "accidents".
2. Those on the fence, who know PTSC, learned their lesson and wait for a clear positive signal.
3. And who else is there? IMHO there are NO MORE investors interested in PTSC at this time.
This signals the biggest success of "PTSC's strategy" (assuming it was their strategy): Actually no one, who knows PTSC from the last years is open to invest money - or more exactly: Everyone, who knows PTSC as a OTC-company will avoid investing his money.
I guess, that's the reason, why RG is seeking for 50% institutional funds - the majority of "normal" shareholders will step in, if/when PTSC gets to a better exchange.
