When you consider at the least that buying would be spread over 8 people, (Goerner, Bibeau, Flowers, Schrock, Tredennick, Falk, Felcyn and Johnson, so on average it would be a total of 625K shares per person) , and when you consider that the first 2.5M shares they purchased under the plan would now be worth at least $2.5M under your scenario, my answer is a resounding:
