This is the first time a concerted effort to purchase share of PTSC (that I know of) is in effect....I applaud the BOD for the effort.

Regardless of the amount of shares purchased per income etc., I appreciate the message.

I did not want to come across as gloom and doom, Previously was a little baffled about number of shares considering the possibilities of knowledge within the company.

I believe BOD and officers/employees at PTSC has or have had knowledge of (not inside/ or illegal) information that gives them a more educated decision on timing of purchasing shares of this company to minimize risk. IMO

Anyway you look at it, what is happening now with what has been going on since RG came on should indicate a positive trend .....so now all we need is shareprice to participate.
