We were both right and wrong:
"Base Salary. Executive shall be paid an annual base salary of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), payable according to Employer's payroll schedule and subject to applicable state and federal withholdings and other payroll deductions.
Bonus. In addition to Executive's base salary, Executive shall receive an amount equivalent to his annual base salary at the time Executive's interim position is converted by the Board of Directors to the Company's standing President/CEO..."
He received about 20k/month as BASE SALARY and got a ONE TIME BONUS for changing to Permanent CEO of 250k, which sums up to 410k he recieved to date, of which 80k are about 20%. Still a lot, but not 50% as I wrote before...
