The SEC is on a witch hunt for stock manipulation and the penalties are harsh. I really don't think the major players involved in this stock would risk wearing striped pjs. Anyone smart enough to figure out how to do it won't do it - epecially collaberating with others - no way. They'd all rat each other out in a heart beat LOL! - JMO.

What I do believe is that someone or some group has been using good news to get the heck out of this stock. We get a signing and the seller(s) show up every time and dump like crazy. He, she or they have used any big volume on positive news to negate the fall of their big selling - this of course is not illegal.

Any stock that dips on "good news" is not going to be a very popular stock. Look at what other stocks do when they sell a license to a Matell, Nikon, Sharp, Kenwood, Direct TV etc. Their SP typically spikes up! Ours sags down after this kind of news. I think this has really hurt us - but it's not illegal. It's probably the result of toxic financing.
