Ahhh

I get it. I thought all this time the reason for the share price drop rested DIRECTLY on the company. Of course I have also thought one of the biggest contirbutors were the pie in the sky crowd, you know the ones that couldn't believe the CEO's, 10ks, and press releases and who put forth the crap that more was coming...just you wait and see.

Of course the BIGGEST factor in losses are fear and greed (and loathing if you are not one of the rose colored glasses crowd) in not being able to sell for a loss and sit there wringing your hands as that loss widens.

For me the handwiting was on the wall when they announced that results would be posted next quarter and it was an aggreement to not reveal the settlement. Right then I knew that all was not well and it turned from an investment to a buy and sell opportunity. Everything was in place, especially the fact the ones that "knew what they owned" could keep the fearful in line.

Image that. Brian was the culprit all this time, after 3 CEO's hundreds of millions of dollars made by the company, millions made by the principals and their buddies, and being able to get 50,000 + mom and pops to put money in the company pockets. Heck they even just got them to give another 100 million shares (or was that Brian also?)

I think I got to pay more attention to Brian, If he can do this and maniplulate millions and millions of dollars I want my money working with him. Swarz and S + L are a close second. They have a great track record as well.
