Why blackout period?

Regarding the (expected) bad numbers by crossflo I wonder, what the purpose of the blackout period was. Were those Crossflo numbers really "insider know-how"?

Will we see big purchases by the PTSC stuff at Monday...lol?

And will we get the numbers from the first Crossflo quarter?
