Don't know if you saw my post on the Yahoo board. I've copied it below. Might I have your thoughts on the second paragraph? Opty
"I agreee that it would appear that Goerner is taking the same public route as Phol and Turley. They had no idea why the share price acted so poorly either. But we all know from the SEC filings it was in fact just Swartz selling millions of shares. So they really knew, but just did not want to make waves with no benefit in doing so along with risk of being sued. That still may be the problem, either as result of continued selling or just the legacy of past selling. (That's the way it always was, so expect the same going forward)
But I'm at a loss as to what Rick tells potential investors at any
of these conferences. How does he respond in private when he is
asked why the pps has acts so poorly to good news? I suspect he
doesn't say I'm perplexed or amazed. And how was that question
answered when the Crossflo folks asked it? Anyone accepting
millions of shares is going to ask that question. His answer must
have been sufficiently acceptable to the Crossflo folks. So, from
that, one might suspect that there is a rational answer to the
question, and there is light at the end of the tunnel? Opty"
