Message: "Both sides are pleased with the terms of the settlement"

"Pleased" can be through gnashed teeth. One can be pleased with a shit sandwich rather than no sandwich at all-for example.

I am not saying I am leaning toward one side or another on "weirdnesses found in the settlement" camp versus the "that's it and there ain't no more" camp. Let's say I am agnostic on the whole matter at this point.

I continue to be disappointed in "longs" that continue to spin yarns about this clandestine scheme and that diabolical plot to plunder we unsuspecting retail shareholders.

I also have a hard time taking anyone seriously that has been busy drawing parrallels between the recent stock market volatility and end of the world prophecies of Ezekiel (whoever that is) and who claims in many recent posts that the share price "never goes up" when in the past this same person has admitted to unloading hundreds of thousands of shares at much higher prices. So much for "never goes up".

I have been here before with other stocks. Share price beaten down to "unimaginably low" prices, shareholders up in arms shouting all manner of conspiracy, optimists accused of having rose-colored glasses firmly affixed only to have events transpire that prove just about everyone wrong to the upside.

Although the possibility exists that a whole cadre of individuals gets up every morning communicating with one another telepathically and conspiring silently with a wink and nod to fleece us little folk, the possibility also exists that this same group of individuals are out there working sincerely and diligently to increase shareholder value. Most everyone has some skin in the game at this point so interests are aligned in the right direction to take the share price higher. The truth probably lies somewhere in between.

Insider buying has been minimal in some cases admittedly which is continuing cause for concern & bewilderment. This bothers me to a certain extent and it would seem to be a simple matter for those board members to just simply step up and buy some shares. Maybe there are perfectly good explanations there also like "just don't have the money at this time" etc.

Otherwise all of the darkness is just conjecture and speculation at this time. No proof whatsoever.

Let's take it to a logical absurdity and look at what would transpire if a dark scenario plays out like some have hypothesized and if one entity or another tried to wrest control of the MMP and sparked another time-consuming and draining court battle where only the lawyers win. Although some may think there is an attitude there that "we live in court, bring it on" etc., Leckrone and Co. have much better things to do with their time in my opinion. It just does not in my opinion add up to this kind of collusive organized crime end game scenario.

TCR and others other message boards are on continuous rants that this end game is as plain as the noses on our faces, that all of the M&A activity is just way to siphon and divert all of the monies away from retail. Totally fictional spin in my opinion. He has no proof of any of that. Are some or all of these players willing to walk legal tightropes to go down this path when to devote the same amount of energy to sincerely raise the prospects and eventually the shareprice and market cap of the company will likely have everyone doing well anyway? I don't think this game of "catch me if you can" brinksmanship is a very plausible scenario.

Just a few thoughts on yet another day of no news.
