My old pal Mr. Cleanser -

"So, who asked for the non-disclosure agreement?" We don't know for sure do we? Is it not possible that TPL asked for it - it's entirely possible and it now seems probable.

"By the way, the lawsuit was filed for infringement; it had nothing to do with validity, so your premise that the MMP could have been killed in court makes no sense." So what your saying is: if the court ruled that the J-3 did not infringe on the MMPs, the MMPs would not be affected??? The MMPs would be just as strong!? That's very funny. How many companies would sign up for a license after TPL/Patriot lost an infringement case? ("My" premise makes no sense???)

Mr. Cleanser - I think you just like to argue.

What we actually do know about the J-3 case: 1) Nothing is contingent on the re-exam; and 2) Patriot/TPL has already received everything it's going to get from the J-3.

You can easily draw your own conclusions from those facts.
