1. if the reex is positiv ptsc colect from 600+ companys 1 or 2 million fees each 600-1200 million

2. 10 quarter 60-120million

3. after tax 40-80million to time OS 10-20cent

4. 50% divi 5-10cent x4 20-40cent year

5. 50cent divi minimum in 2,5 years that will help the sp over 1 Dollar minimum posible 2-3 Dollar

6. after this 2,5 years the recession is over and the new ptsc

company with crossflow plus all the other M/A can bring more revenues with more earnings

7. than nasdaq with 1/5 reverse and 10Dollar ps

8. new company with crossflow in front
