To be listed on the Nasdaq Rick's first choice would be to buy out a listed Company.......
A . R/S would only be considered as an option on a higher price and then WE WOULD NEED A ....COMPELLING STORY....
Without a compelling story/ Rick knows that the price would fall back dramatically....He will not play that game....
