exactly, and I even looked up "California Merchant Bank- List" to see if there is a list with the state. I didn't look that hard, but there must be a list of all merchant banks in California. I also did a search for "location" and "headquarters". And I searched the Holocom website. Nothing listed under partners by that name. The california list should have the names of the owners?
