Salary:

"In addition to Executive's base salary, Executive shall receive an amount equivalent to his annual base salary at the time Executive's interim position is converted by the Board of Directors to the Company's standing President/CEO..."

Options:

"100% of the shares subject to the Interim Bonus Option will vest at the time Executive's interim position is converted by the Board of Directors to the Company's standing President/CEO..."

Price of options:

"The grant price of the Interim Bonus Option shall be the closing sales price of the Company's common stock on February 29, 2008..."

From today on Mr. Goerner earns half a million dollar the year, not bad for a small company - except there are things happening, which make our PTSC bigger.

And from today on Mr. Goerner is allowed to exercise his options into 700.000 shares. The only problem is, he had to pay three times more per share than he would receive today (grant price as of February 29 is 0.395).

I guess, he has to wait like us...lol
