IMO....

It is better for institutional investors to have a permanent CEO than a temp. CEO for presentation/validation purposes. Attaining RG (with his past credentials) as permanent CEO would speak well for PTSC and it's potential as an OTC.BB company.

It also does not hurt to have ithe services of DS and NT either.

But, I hope you are right (uspto decision soon).
