FWIW, just wanted to follow up on a post I made yesterday from the SHM. Mac Leckrone presented yesterday and as many have reported provided insight into where we stand with possible infringers, i.e. 600+ actively engaged possible infringers, in 20+ industries, royalty rates increasing, etc. The one thing that caught my eye, and is what I briefly posted yesterday, was that slide 15 of Mr. Leckrone's presentation explained how Alliacense analyzes and interprets the code on a potential infringers chip so that the potential infringer can’t say the chip processes data one way when in fact we can prove otherwise. OK, big deal, but what caught my eye was that chip identified on slide 15 was an ARM Chip. So, during the investor question/open forum at the end of the meeting I asked Mr. Leckrone if this was intentional to make us aware that ARM was/still on the radar as a possible infringer. He responded by admitting that we were currently not in a very good position regarding claim 29 on the “584 patent, no surprise there. But, he seemed adamant that ARM does infringe on the other patents, therefore we are not done with ARM yet. I for one found that to be very encouraging as I and others have always felt that ARM was in this for more than just the “584. Time will tell, and I for one am looking forward to the final chapter unfolding on this very long and drawn out story. Hang in there. Hope everyone is surviving this tough market.
Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
