As I understood it, Crossflo is at the beginning of earning money with ONE partner (HP), thus from my experience it will take some time to develop further sales channels/connections.
Regarding Talis we don't know anything about their future possibilities of earnings - the same with Holocom (thoug hthe current development ist promising, it is not enough to qualify for NASDAQ IMHO).
Thus my gut feeling (added to the impression, that RG wasn't pointing at this topic at the SHM, what I read from those, who were there) tells me, it will take at least a year to make those companies "ready".
Of course I know nothing and of course I don't know, what RG is planning to do with 200mio shares. If he does it right (what I strongly hope!), it could the change the exchange-scenario completely.
