Why is that all they can say? I am disappointed that the most important issue wasn't commented upon at all. They could have at least expressed an opinion as they did regarding the T3 litigation. Maybe show that they were confident their responses would answer clearly the questions the examiners asked and that all the information supplied was adequate for a decision to be made...something along those lines. I just don't like that the USPTO issue was completely ignored. I wasn't at the meeting so if it wasn't, I'd be very interested to know what they said. IMHO
