He was not hesitant in using 23 cent shares. Based on the tone of today's letter, he does not appear to have any problem with using 16 cent shares. My problem is not knowing where he draws the line. Will he use 10 cent shares? 5 cent shares? He seems to be oblivious to the rammifications of that kind of dilution.

I voted no on the additional shares for the above reason. Opty
