Just what tools are you giving?

Moore shares (lol) just dilute; if you are using them to buy another company per say, you would have to give more of them to get the same value. 500mill or 600mil would make no difference in what he could do with them. The only point along this line is the amount that trades, I could see it was needed if no shares trade and eveyone just held theirs tight, that ain't happening .

The other issue is really a no brainer.....do you get free options of company shares where you work? Does anyone here get them? You can't tell me he can't get good help with out giving them free shares. While we are at it , why not vote in a golden parachute retirement plan for them all as well.
