Guess I should have read further - Milestone is making my points based on other info. My argument - check the timeline. MMP notice over two years ago (closer to three), MCM notice a year ago (perhaps longer - but certainly at a date much later than the MMP). Bottom line, it probably wasn't TPL/Alliacense that combined the portfolios, but our opposition.
