One little problem regarding your concern - the Ts sued us, not the other way around. I'm sure that if it were our side bringing suit, they would have initiated separate proceedings to separate MMP from others. As it is, it wasn't up to us, it was up to them, and it is reasonable for them to file suit re: all patents with accusations/disputes originating from one entity.
