Thank you so much for reminding me why there are patents currently under re-examination with the USPTO. I would point out that there were other requestors for ex parte re-examinations, the details of which can be obtained from PAIR.

It is my very humble opinion that should you take the time to read the responses to the USPTO, in their entirety, your obvious concerns will be more than placated.

The Court venue is far less important than the evidence that will be provided, and the recent Pacer shows that Judge Fogel is able to give a reasoned and balanced decision.

I trust you find my first and only response to you of some value and please rest assured there will be many posters who will give any further questions that you may have the time and reply that they merit.
