FWIW....it came from being in the File Repository since 10-07-2008

Also in the Transaction History of the re-ex it shows 2 new entries dated 06-30-2008 (IDS and Cert. of Service) which just appeared (it's about time!) because they have yet to be shown in the IFW. From my observations, it takes about a week to be available for viewing once posted.

Not sure if this is significant but at least it shows there's some progress. IMO
