I think there is an additional input as to how this all plays out in the future. To this date I do not believe TPL/PTSC has initiated any legal action against any company in order to enforce the MMP.

Not sure which or how many MMP patents need to get the OK before it happens, but at some point TPL/PTSC will be comfortable with agressively enforcing the patents. In other words, initiating legal action against a major infringer. When that happens, I believe there will be a noticeable change in the attitude of fence-sitters. IMHO Opty
