Good point. The OTC stocks are public cos.

But, if we're talking OTC, why would RG make it a point to distinguish between private and OTC (public) in the statements? In any case, I sure hope PTSC did not hire Imperial Capital for the purpose of acquiring a OTC stock. It would seem to me that would be like deer hunting with an anti-tank weapon. IMHO Opty
