What is on the immediate horizon for PTSC?

The info is based on CEO Rick Goerner’s statements, publicly available info, and some IMO which I will reference as such.

Still to do/upcoming:

v Friday, October 10: (consensus is before the open): PTSC 10K, covering quarter from June 1 – Aug 31, 2008.

v Friday, October 10: (if he indeed meant to lump this timing-wise together with the 10K date per his last SH Letter): Crossflo historical audited statements.

v Mid-October (IMO): Big Cohen Research Report (not a small update). Why not another report 1 year to the day of the first one? This is assuming they are still retained. We got the first one back on 10/16/07.

v Thursday, October 30: Annual shareholders meeting from 10 AM – 12 Noon PT (1PM - 3 PM Eastern) in Carlsbad, CA.

v Between October 8-December 31: Announce details about planned industry conferences RG will attend and present to through the end of the year. Comment (IMO). The end of calendar year is only 2 ½ months away. I think he obviously won’t inform us ahead of time if he plans (or has) more private meetings with current and potential future equity investors like he acknowledged he did in July. But, maybe after the fact.

v Some Date in the Future: Evaluate a “Textual Analysis and Search Software Company”. Comment (IMO): Mentioned as far back as the August Business Overview Presentation, and in Slide 10, 13, 14, & 15 of the September 2008 Business Overview. And the conclusion is…

v Some Date in the Future: Further updates on IP expansion. RG stated in last SH letter, “We have held preliminary discussions with the developers of advanced networking IP technology for Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) applications."

v Some Date in the Future: Comment (IMO) Update the Website to reflect/include new direction. Also, how about some info about the companies we have stakes in (or a link to their website) or have joint ventures with, etc. I guess you could call this my pet peeve, but this is the first place most people look for company info.

v Shortly: New 2nd Fusion Center contract won by Crossflo: RG stated on 9/23/08: “…and has most recently won an additional state Fusion Center award which will be announced shortly. Crossflo should announce a 2nd Fusion Center contract shortly. Well, it has been 2 weeks……

v Mystery News before Annual SH meeting: We all wish we were flies on the wall, but could be another license, could be an acquisition, could be something I accidentally omitted here,etc.

(IMO) Every single on of these items/events will or can potentially happen before the Annual shareholders meeting at the end of this month or in the next 22 days.
