"someone who wants to buy us on the cheap".....probably the J's slowly & steadily accumulating before the USPTO news hits the fan which will complete Judge Ward's duty and trigger the pay-off of the business resolution. Pure speculation and IMHO FWIW and coming from someone who thinks Intel accumulated in the period between their deal and HP signing.
