I disagree. It was not legal when these CEO's of these failed companies made statements days before they failed that everything was fine. It was not until they were called out that they admitted they were in trouble. What they did and the lies they told were worse than those at Enron. Its called FRAUD. Watch and see who goes to jail when the investigation is over.
