As per the PRER14A out today the amount of voting shares has changed.......
As of the record date, we had 387,047,755 shares of common stock, $0.00001 par value per share (“Common Stock”), outstanding and entitled to vote.
IR has informed me the Crossflo shares are not eligible to vote........
