Please show me some proof/facts that TPL is "bundling" licenses in order to push its own independant licenses. TPL also does not own 100% rights to the all patents they sell.....( eg. Fast Logic is with Thunderbird Technologies & TPL)...(think Nupower & PTSC partnerships/structures)

Start with Core Flash - Of the 7 companies listed on the website that signed on for the Core Flash license.... only 1 of them has the MMP license. ( Lexmark with signed for the MMP 6-7 months before getting the Core Flash).

Fast Logisic- TPL is a partner with Thunderbird. 1 Company has signed on..... Bosch got the MMP 1-2 months before.

TPL licenses many different things to many different companies.

TPL goal is to maximize revenues, profits and sign as many licenses as possible. A solid company does not give the store away and TPL has already collected over 240+ million on the MMP on 50 or so licenses.

Instead of being suspect of TPL...we should we thanking our lucky stars that TPL has sucessfully brought the MMP to the market and collected $$$$$$ so far. pTSC could not have done this on their own....
