Additional thought on 148 response

I was wondering about the new claims that were withdrawn. Yes, I'm sure it was in order to expedite matters. But I'm wondering if a re-cert of the 148 would automatically result in resolution of HTC and ASUStek court cases. Could the reason for the continuing postponements be linked to an expectation of a decision on the 148 fairly sooon? Opty
