I, for one, am not sure, but I'll suggest that they had to do with existing claims on the 148 as improvements to 148, I think the new claims they abandoned were related to claims 4 and 8 but, once again, not really sure.

I think the 336 is going to be a different ballgame than the 148...seems to be more contention there between the parties...JMHO
