Snce all original l claims remain in tact, at this point the patent remains at least a strong as it was going into the review. The additional claims that remain clarify what constitutes the total area. I presume having that spelled out in the patent, aids in defining infringement, should we find ourselves in venue other than ED of Texas. IMO. Opty
