Yes. It sure looks obvious to me that the Examiners' reasons for rejection have been shown as incorrect....BWDIK. Hopefully some comments from some knowledgeable posters will surface.

They even cancelled some claims to speed things up. I like the part about the early date of a formal Notice of Allowance they're respectfully asking for.
