While I do not disagree with the premise of being able to vote on the preferreds in general, is there a need for the preferreds to begin with and why are they there? Secondly, what benefit could be gained by PTSC mgmt. to use the preferreds that doesn't place their own personal holdings in jeopardy as well?.......Anyone?......
