Trust me, I hope you are correct. I just don't get that feeling when I read the examiner's reports. I know it's their job to poke holes in the patent but they sound to adversarial to me. I would also counter that if RG's intention was to quail investor anxieties, throwing the word "years" in his statement would certainly not have that affect. It hasn't for me. IMO.
