It certainly doesn't mean one is traded for the other, just speculating like so many others. Everyone seems to agree that Mr. Goerner doesn't mince words that's why I believe his statement regarding "months may be years" was unnecessary. As you stated "the MMP is stuck in procedure right now" exactly, so why even mention a potential timeframe? I see no value in his statement unless it was made for a reason. I'm not looking to scare anyone because there's nothing we can do about it but, it will affect the timeline for PTSC's turn around. I would assume it could be the difference of seeing your investment tied up for a few more months versus several years. That certainly matters to me and I'm sure many others. Trust me I would LOVE to see a notification issued of a pending certification to be mailed.
