RG dosn't know exactly when the PTO reexamination will be completed. His statement may have just been a reflection of that. He may have said it as people on Agora were trying to put a two month time window on the PTO and he may have wanted to buffer the expectation by anxious investors.

RG also said the MMP was alive and well and the licensing activity continues.
