I see no evidence in your response. The SP moves all the time and even if it moved because of his postings how do you know he was sending signals to his buddies? I doubt a jury would buy your argument. But that's not my concern.

You were attacking a poster with accusations of impropriety with no evidence that he was signaling friends - that's my concern.
