lets consider this. another company thinks one year from now our stock will be worth enough to sell their company for a small amount of cash and this future value of our stock. I think this screams that the downside potential is limited to our stocks value. I agree with that theory so I wish the purchase was for all cash, but it does give me a warm and fuzzy feeling.
