He is Moore inclined to the TPL side since we held the Fish side...

If TPL's ability to do sweet-heart deals is any indicator, IHO wonder if they didn't even have the forsigt to think this far ahead on the MasterAgreement to allow us inclusion - but we should have leway to do the same with patents/licencing.
