All I can tell you is all of the reexams and interview summaries that I have been involved with, when a personal interview took place...has had in it, that an agreement has been reached or not reached...never have seen the NA box checked on an interview summary.

Obviously the patent holder has the burden of proof thats a given and of course a letter followup is in order but like I've said one can usually tell if the interview(meeting) was good or bad based on the examiners written summary and if an agreement was reached or not...in the case of the 148...we have an ...NA...box checked...

I do not get a positive tone at all in his summary nor an outright negative one...all I can surmize is that whatever occured in person was not enough to get an agreement of our side of the case from the examiner and his own summary sheet on page 3 says so.

What it means I'm not sure but it's a first tiem for me to get nothing either way from a interview summary.
