Seems the examiner has been sitting on the patent owner's reply for some 9 months now. I'm beginning to sense that this might be the first one through the gate. Would they sit on it for 9 months before rejecting the arguments? Would they sit on it for 9 months only to come back with a new basis for rejection? Only 4 months for the second OA rejection on the 148. Hmmmm Opty
