Actually I was going to concede that penny stocks don`t really trade Level II. You can get Level II style quotes but automatic execution is spotty. Re: sophistication. Whatever floats your boat. My share purchase averages .057 for an unrealized profit (and long term cap gain) of almost 100%. I may be unsophisticated but that seems like a good rate of return. :)
