You can bet they have it figured out - Carton Johnson works for Swartz, so he`s the conduit to knowledge of any activity at Patriot - per se, the traffic cop in allowing flow of in/out share trading by Swartz, and will hold them up if any chanceof exposure comes on pending news Patriot may have in process.
