There were no negative or positive surprises in the 10K - it is exactly what everyone expected. As a result, the SP will hold steady today.

If we get an announcement of a signing today - you will see a slight rise in volume and a decline in the SP.

If we get a positive response from the USPTO, you will finally see an SP spike.
