It's all looking better everyday. Like counting cards in blackjack, there comes a TIME to increase your bet when the color cards are are dealer-heavy (shoe has a higher ratio of big number cards yet to be dealt). This straight talk 10-K is a "tell" from RG that TIME is upon us (IMHO)....
